Spotlight on Irvington's Love Leeann

Love Leeann IrvingtonA few weekends ago pink and white balloons adorned the front of an Irvington Main Street storefront that has a quaint and appealing inner-village appeal. Love, Leeann opened to a large amount of interested and shopping-minded people, some of whom owner Leeann Cerrito knew and some whom she did not. “There were people waiting to come inside and it was amazing for a grand opening,” she said, during a recent interview.

Leeann is a resident of Irvington, with children in the school system. By her own account she has always been a stylist and has worked as a freelance fashion consultant for many years. She describes her store as “shopping in your girlfriend’s closet.”  The clothing and accessories that she offers are, in her words, “easy and timeless” along with being very affordable. The eclectic clothing comes from a variety of designers and includes KamaliKulture, Solo, Elan, Cotton Citizen and Peace Love World  to name a few.

The intimate setting of Love, Leeann is clarified by her saying, “I don’t sell anything that doesn’t look good on you. I tell my clients what does looks good and what doesn’t.” Leeann also travels to customer’s homes to help them, not only with the clothing they currently own, but to bring additional items as well.  Her motto is, “Everyday lifestyle wear for everyday women.”

One might be inclined to think that all this personalized service both  in the store and  in the comfort of their homes would be expensive, however, that’s not so. She prides herself on reasonably priced clothing and accessories that are well within the reach of women looking for interesting and one-of-a-kind apparel. Love, Leeann is a colorful women’s boutique that is well worth a visit and, with new merchandise coming in daily, a return visit as well.

It is located at
94 Main Street
Irvington NY 10533
