Irv. School Sup. Resigns to Retire

Kathleen Matusiak Irvington's Former School Superintendent

Irvington School Superintendent Kathleen Matusiak, who had two years remaining on her current contract, resigned from her position and it was announced by the Irvington School Board at their July 13 meeting.  Roughly 75-100 people attended the meeting in the Library of the High School. Matusiak was not present. Her retirement is effective August 31.

An agreement was struck between Matusiak's attorney and the School Board's attorney and the information concerning the terms of the agreement follows in PDF format.
