On May 17, 2010, local attorney Kenneth Bernstein was appointed to fill a Trustee vacancy created by Trustee John Malone's resignation. Trustee Malone resigned to devote additional time to his professional activities.Trustee Bernstein previously served as chair of the Irvington Business Improvement Committee. His term runs to April 2011.
