StepWISEnow Balance Fitness Studio

The StepWISEnow Balance Fitness Studio has just opened its doors on Route 9 in Briarcliff Manor. The beautiful, bright, open suite of 3 studios offers a host of Balance and Fitness classes as well as Healing Arts & Wellness Services. Owner & Director, Molly Olivia Roffman, is a NYS-licensed physical therapist specializing in Balance Fitness and Fall Prevention for adults in their 50s and beyond who want to stay fit and independent. Classes include Tai Chi, Zumba Gold, Line dancing, Yoga and Pilates. After class clients can stay for a therapeutic massage or a healing reflexology session from one of the studio’s experienced Integrative Health Practitioners.

The studio will soon be expanding its scheduling to include fitness and dance classes for all ages including belly dancing and Zumba Kids.
