Feel Better This free program teaches beauty techniques to women going through cancer treatment to help them manage the appearance-related side effects of their treatment. Makeup kits donated by cosmetic companies are given to each participant to take home. The program is offered in partnership with the American Cancer Society, The National Cosmetology Association, and the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CTFA) Foundation. We are taking submissions now for our first Battle of the Bands! We welcome all kinds of music, and invite both solo artists and bands ages 13-19 to submit. The submissions will be narrowed down to four acts, who will battle it out on our stage February 3rd, 2012. The winner will win a recording of their live set, fully produced, mixed, and mastered - not to mention the title of Teen Band Champion! Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, the Hudson Valley's largest and most successful culinary event, returns to cities, towns and villages throughout the region this year from March 18-31. The list of participating restaurants is now live on the event website (www.hudsonvalleyrestaurantweek.com) and reservations are open.

Vacation camp sessions are designed for first graders through fifth graders. Each session includes garden work, animal chores, farm crafts, games and nature hikes. Hudson Valley Restaurant Week
Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, the Hudson Valley's largest and most successful culinary event, returns to cities, towns and villages throughout the region this year from March 18-31. The list of participating restaurants is now live on the event website (www.hudsonvalleyrestaurantweek.com) and reservations are open.
Participating restaurants in seven counties (Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster and Columbia) will offer three-course prix-fixe dinners at $29.95, and three-course lunches at $20.95 during the two-week event. |
